Ashley St. Clair recently announced that she gave birth to Elon Musk’s 13th child and has taken him to court, seeking sole custody of the child. She has requested that the billionaire have no parental rights over the baby and that she does not want to co-parent with him.
In her lawsuit, Ashley, 26, stated that she has multiple reasons for not wanting to raise the child with Musk. She claimed that Musk has shown no interest in the child since birth, has never visited him, and that she does not trust his parenting. As a result, she did not give the child his father’s last name.
Ashley told the court that if Elon Musk doubts, he is the child’s father, a DNA test should be conducted to confirm paternity.
She also stated that although she does not want to co-parent with Musk, she is open to receiving financial support from him.
Among the evidence she presented to the court were text messages from Musk, in which he expressed his desire to have more children with her.
Ashley revealed that their relationship began in May 2023, and she conceived Musk’s child in January 2024.
Musk is facing this legal battle just days after singer Grimes, the mother of three of his children, accused him of neglecting their sick child. If it is confirmed that Musk fathered Ashley’s child, this would be his 13th child with four different women.
